Nobody publishes which pharmacy a surgery's prescriptions actually go to, so the flows are a model: every UK surgery mapped to its nearest pharmacies, weighted by real prescribing totals and dispensing volumes. Treat the figures as a strong steer for catchment analysis rather than an exact count.
